Dr. Sreejith M is Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Analysis at Nazareth College of Pharmacy, Thiruvalla, Kerala, India. He obtained his Ph.D. from Annamalai University and has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. His major research interests include phytochemical research, synthetic chemistry, and drug design, with a strong focus on pharmacologically active natural compounds.
Dr. Sreejith has authored more than 35 national and international research publications, contributed book chapters, and served as an editor of academic textbooks. He has supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and is recognized as a Ph.D. supervising guide in Pharmaceutical Chemistry by the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). In recognition of his contributions to pharmaceutical education, he received the Best Teacher Award from Kerala University of Health Sciences in 2023. He is also an active member of professional organizations including APTI and IPGA.
